The River Cauvery
at Galibore is now a famous stretch of river to the globe trotting
angler and is said to be one of the last strongholds of the
Indian Mahseer, where it has been protected from dynamiting
and poaching by a small band of wildlife enthusiasts. The River
Cauvery at Galibore is set within a stunning backdrop of rugged
hillside, with sparse woodland scenery, which is home to some
fantastic Indian wildlife. It is here that many English anglers
annually travel, to witness and catch the fantastic Golden Mahseer,
which lives within the most inhosptitable parts of a dramatic
rageing mountain river..... |
